وَأَنَّ

وَأَنَّهُۥ

أَمَاتَ
amāta
causes death
وَأَحْيَا
wa-aḥyā
and gives life
﴾44﴿
وَأَنَّهُۥ
wa-annahu
And that He
خَلَقَ
khalaqa
created
ٱلزَّوْجَيْنِ
l-zawjayni
the pairs
ٱلذَّكَرَ
l-dhakara
the male
وَٱلْأُنثَىٰ
wal-unthā
and the female
﴾45﴿
مِن
min
From
نُّطْفَةٍ
nuṭ'fatin
a semen-drop
إِذَا
idhā
when
تُمْنَىٰ
tum'nā
it is emitted
﴾46﴿
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And that
عَلَيْهِ
ʿalayhi
upon Him
ٱلنَّشْأَةَ
l-nashata
(is) the bringing forth
ٱلْأُخْرَىٰ
l-ukh'rā
another
﴾47﴿
وَأَنَّهُۥ
wa-annahu
And that He
هُوَ
huwa
[He]
أَغْنَىٰ
aghnā
enriches
وَأَقْنَىٰ
wa-aqnā
and suffices
﴾48﴿
وَأَنَّهُۥ
wa-annahu
And that He
هُوَ
huwa
[He]
رَبُّ
rabbu
(is the) Lord
ٱلشِّعْرَىٰ
l-shiʿ'rā
(of) Sirius
﴾49﴿
وَأَنَّهُۥٓ
wa-annahu
And that He
أَهْلَكَ
ahlaka
destroyed
عَادًا
ʿādan
Aad
ٱلْأُولَىٰ
l-ūlā
the first
﴾50﴿
وَثَمُودَا۟
wathamūdā
And Thamud
فَمَآ
famā
so not
أَبْقَىٰ
abqā
He spared
﴾51﴿
