ٱلْبَرُّ
l-baru
(is) the Most Kind
ٱلرَّحِيمُ
l-raḥīmu
the Most Merciful
﴾28﴿
فَذَكِّرْ
fadhakkir
Therefore remind
فَمَآ
famā
for not
أَنتَ
anta
you
بِنِعْمَتِ
biniʿ'mati
(are) by (the) grace
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
بِكَاهِنٍۢ
bikāhinin
a soothsayer
وَلَا
walā
and not
مَجْنُونٍ
majnūnin
a madman
﴾29﴿
أَمْ
am
Or
يَقُولُونَ
yaqūlūna
(do) they say
شَاعِرٌۭ
shāʿirun
A poet
نَّتَرَبَّصُ
natarabbaṣu
we wait
بِهِۦ
bihi
for him
رَيْبَ
rayba
a misfortune of time
ٱلْمَنُونِ
l-manūni
a misfortune of time
﴾30﴿
قُلْ
qul
Say
تَرَبَّصُوا۟
tarabbaṣū
Wait
فَإِنِّى
fa-innī
for indeed I am
مَعَكُم
maʿakum
with you
مِّنَ
mina
among
ٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ
l-mutarabiṣīna
those who wait
﴾31﴿
