إِنَّ

ٱلَّذِينَ

أَدْبَـٰرِهِم

their backs
مِّنۢ

بَعْدِ
baʿdi

مَا

تَبَيَّنَ

لَهُمُ

ٱلْهُدَى ۙ
l-hudā
(of) the guidance
ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ
l-shayṭānu
Shaitaan
سَوَّلَ
sawwala
enticed
لَهُمْ
lahum
[for] them
وَأَمْلَىٰ
wa-amlā
and prolonged hope
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
﴾25﴿
ذَٰلِكَ
dhālika
That
بِأَنَّهُمْ
bi-annahum
(is) because they
قَالُوا۟
qālū
[they] said
لِلَّذِينَ
lilladhīna
to those who
كَرِهُوا۟
karihū
hate
مَا
mā
what
نَزَّلَ
nazzala
Allah has revealed
ٱللَّهُ
l-lahu
Allah has revealed
سَنُطِيعُكُمْ
sanuṭīʿukum
We will obey you
فِى
fī
in
بَعْضِ
baʿḍi
part
ٱلْأَمْرِ ۖ
l-amri
(of) the matter
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
But Allah
يَعْلَمُ
yaʿlamu
knows
إِسْرَارَهُمْ
is'rārahum
their secrets
﴾26﴿
فَكَيْفَ
fakayfa
Then how
إِذَا
idhā
when
تَوَفَّتْهُمُ
tawaffathumu
take them in death
ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ
l-malāikatu
the Angels
يَضْرِبُونَ
yaḍribūna
striking
وُجُوهَهُمْ
wujūhahum
their faces
وَأَدْبَـٰرَهُمْ
wa-adbārahum
and their backs
﴾27﴿
