﴾6﴿
وَيْلٌۭ
waylun
Woe
لِّكُلِّ
likulli
to every
أَفَّاكٍ
affākin
liar
أَثِيمٍۢ
athīmin
sinful
﴾7﴿
يَسْمَعُ
yasmaʿu
Who hears
ءَايَـٰتِ
āyāti
(the) Verses
ٱللَّهِ
l-lahi
(of) Allah
تُتْلَىٰ
tut'lā
recited
عَلَيْهِ
ʿalayhi
to him
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يُصِرُّ
yuṣirru
persists
مُسْتَكْبِرًۭا
mus'takbiran
arrogantly
كَأَن
ka-an
as if
لَّمْ
lam
not
يَسْمَعْهَا ۖ
yasmaʿhā
he heard them
فَبَشِّرْهُ
fabashir'hu
So give him tidings
بِعَذَابٍ
biʿadhābin
(of) a punishment
أَلِيمٍۢ
alīmin
painful
﴾8﴿
