and the earth
وَمَا

لَـٰعِبِينَ
lāʿibīna
(in) play
﴾38﴿

خَلَقْنَـٰهُمَآ
khalaqnāhumā
We created both of them
إِلَّا
illā
but
بِٱلْحَقِّ
bil-ḥaqi
in [the] truth
وَلَـٰكِنَّ
walākinna
but
أَكْثَرَهُمْ
aktharahum
most of them
لَا
lā
(do) not
يَعْلَمُونَ
yaʿlamūna
know
﴾39﴿
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
يَوْمَ
yawma
(the) Day of Judgment
ٱلْفَصْلِ
l-faṣli
(the) Day of Judgment
مِيقَـٰتُهُمْ
mīqātuhum
(is) an appointed term for them
أَجْمَعِينَ
ajmaʿīna
all
﴾40﴿
يَوْمَ
yawma
(The) Day
لَا
lā
not
يُغْنِى
yugh'nī
will avail
مَوْلًى
mawlan
a relation
عَن
ʿan
for
مَّوْلًۭى
mawlan
a relation
شَيْـًۭٔا
shayan
anything
وَلَا
walā
and not
هُمْ
hum
they
يُنصَرُونَ
yunṣarūna
will be helped
﴾41﴿
إِلَّا
illā
Except
مَن
man
(on) whom
رَّحِمَ
raḥima
Allah has mercy
ٱللَّهُ ۚ
l-lahu
Allah has mercy
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed, He
هُوَ
huwa
[He]
ٱلْعَزِيزُ
l-ʿazīzu
(is) the All-Mighty
ٱلرَّحِيمُ
l-raḥīmu
the Most Merciful
﴾42﴿
