أَنْعَمْنَا

We bestowed Our favor
عَلَيْهِ
ʿalayhi
on him
وَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ
wajaʿalnāhu
and We made him
مَثَلًۭا
mathalan
an example
لِّبَنِىٓ
libanī
for (the) Children of Israel
إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
is'rāīla
for (the) Children of Israel
﴾59﴿
وَلَوْ
walaw
And if
نَشَآءُ
nashāu
We willed
لَجَعَلْنَا
lajaʿalnā
surely We (could have) made
مِنكُم
minkum
among you
مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةًۭ
malāikatan
Angels
فِى
fī
in
ٱلْأَرْضِ
l-arḍi
the earth
يَخْلُفُونَ
yakhlufūna
succeeding
﴾60﴿
وَإِنَّهُۥ
wa-innahu
And indeed, it
لَعِلْمٌۭ
laʿil'mun
surely (is) a knowledge
لِّلسَّاعَةِ
lilssāʿati
of the Hour
فَلَا
falā
So (do) not
تَمْتَرُنَّ
tamtarunna
(be) doubtful
بِهَا
bihā
about it
وَٱتَّبِعُونِ ۚ
wa-ittabiʿūni
and follow Me
هَـٰذَا
hādhā
This
صِرَٰطٌۭ
ṣirāṭun
(is the) Path
مُّسْتَقِيمٌۭ
mus'taqīmun
Straight
﴾61﴿
