لَّوْ
law
if
يَشَآءُ
yashāu
Allah willed
ٱللَّهُ
l-lahu
Allah willed
أَطْعَمَهُۥٓ
aṭʿamahu
He would have fed him
إِنْ
in
Not
أَنتُمْ
antum
(are) you
إِلَّا
illā
except
فِى
fī
in
ضَلَـٰلٍۢ
ḍalālin
an error
مُّبِينٍۢ
mubīnin
clear
﴾47﴿
وَيَقُولُونَ
wayaqūlūna
And they say
مَتَىٰ
matā
When (is)
هَـٰذَا
hādhā
this
ٱلْوَعْدُ
l-waʿdu
promise
إِن
in
if
كُنتُمْ
kuntum
you are
صَـٰدِقِينَ
ṣādiqīna
truthful
﴾48﴿
مَا
mā
Not
يَنظُرُونَ
yanẓurūna
they await
إِلَّا
illā
except
صَيْحَةًۭ
ṣayḥatan
a shout
وَٰحِدَةًۭ
wāḥidatan
one
تَأْخُذُهُمْ
takhudhuhum
it will seize them
وَهُمْ
wahum
while they
يَخِصِّمُونَ
yakhiṣṣimūna
are disputing
﴾49﴿
