And is
أَمْرُ

(the) Command
ٱللَّهِ
l-lahi
(of) Allah
قَدَرًۭا
qadaran
a decree
مَّقْدُورًا
maqdūran
destined
﴾38﴿
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhīna
Those who
يُبَلِّغُونَ
yuballighūna
convey
رِسَـٰلَـٰتِ
risālāti
(the) Messages
ٱللَّهِ
l-lahi
(of) Allah
وَيَخْشَوْنَهُۥ
wayakhshawnahu
and fear Him
وَلَا
walā
and (do) not
يَخْشَوْنَ
yakhshawna
fear
أَحَدًا
aḥadan
anyone
إِلَّا
illā
except
ٱللَّهَ ۗ
l-laha
Allah
وَكَفَىٰ
wakafā
And sufficient is Allah
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
And sufficient is Allah
حَسِيبًۭا
ḥasīban
(as) a Reckoner
﴾39﴿
