وَلِسُلَيْمَـٰنَ
walisulaymāna
And to Sulaiman
ٱلرِّيحَ
l-rīḥa
the wind
عَاصِفَةًۭ
ʿāṣifatan
forcefully
تَجْرِى
tajrī
blowing
بِأَمْرِهِۦٓ
bi-amrihi
by his command
إِلَى
ilā
to
ٱلْأَرْضِ
l-arḍi
the land
ٱلَّتِى
allatī
which
بَـٰرَكْنَا
bāraknā
We blessed
فِيهَا ۚ
fīhā
[in it]
وَكُنَّا
wakunnā
And We are
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
of every
شَىْءٍ
shayin
thing
عَـٰلِمِينَ
ʿālimīna
Knowers
﴾81﴿
وَمِنَ
wamina
And of
ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينِ
l-shayāṭīni
the devils
مَن
man
(were some) who
يَغُوصُونَ
yaghūṣūna
would dive
لَهُۥ
lahu
for him
وَيَعْمَلُونَ
wayaʿmalūna
and would do
عَمَلًۭا
ʿamalan
work
دُونَ
dūna
other than
ذَٰلِكَ ۖ
dhālika
that
وَكُنَّا
wakunnā
And We were
لَهُمْ
lahum
of them
حَـٰفِظِينَ
ḥāfiẓīna
Guardians
﴾82﴿
وَأَيُّوبَ
wa-ayyūba
And Ayub
إِذْ
idh
when
نَادَىٰ
nādā
he called
رَبَّهُۥٓ
rabbahu
(to) his Lord
أَنِّى
annī
Indeed, [I]
مَسَّنِىَ
massaniya
has touched me
ٱلضُّرُّ
l-ḍuru
the adversity
وَأَنتَ
wa-anta
and You
أَرْحَمُ
arḥamu
(are) Most Merciful
ٱلرَّٰحِمِينَ
l-rāḥimīna
(of) the Merciful
﴾83﴿
