بَعْضَهُمْ

some of them
عَلَىٰ
ʿalā
over
بَعْضٍۢ ۚ
baʿḍin
others
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ
walalākhiratu
And surely the Hereafter
أَكْبَرُ
akbaru
(is) greater
دَرَجَـٰتٍۢ
darajātin
(in) degrees
وَأَكْبَرُ
wa-akbaru
and greater
تَفْضِيلًۭا
tafḍīlan
(in) excellence
﴾21﴿
لَّا
lā
(Do) not
تَجْعَلْ
tajʿal
make
مَعَ
maʿa
with
ٱللَّهِ
l-lahi
Allah
إِلَـٰهًا
ilāhan
god
ءَاخَرَ
ākhara
another
فَتَقْعُدَ
fataqʿuda
lest you will sit
مَذْمُومًۭا
madhmūman
disgraced
مَّخْذُولًۭا
makhdhūlan
forsaken
﴾22﴿
