وَقُرْءَانٍۢ

مُّبِينٍۢ

﴾1﴿
رُّبَمَا

يَوَدُّ
yawaddu
will wish
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhīna
those who
كَفَرُوا۟
kafarū
disbelieved
لَوْ
law
if
كَانُوا۟
kānū
they had been
مُسْلِمِينَ
mus'limīna
Muslims
﴾2﴿
ذَرْهُمْ
dharhum
Leave them
يَأْكُلُوا۟
yakulū
(to) eat
وَيَتَمَتَّعُوا۟
wayatamattaʿū
and enjoy
وَيُلْهِهِمُ
wayul'hihimu
and diverted them
ٱلْأَمَلُ ۖ
l-amalu
the hope
فَسَوْفَ
fasawfa
then soon
يَعْلَمُونَ
yaʿlamūna
they will come to know
﴾3﴿
وَمَآ
wamā
And not
أَهْلَكْنَا
ahlaknā
We destroyed
مِن
min
any
قَرْيَةٍ
qaryatin
town
إِلَّا
illā
but
وَلَهَا
walahā
(there was) for it
كِتَابٌۭ
kitābun
a decree
مَّعْلُومٌۭ
maʿlūmun
known
﴾4﴿
