مَّسَّنِىَ
massaniya
has overtaken me
ٱلْكِبَرُ
l-kibaru
old age
فَبِمَ
fabima
Then about what
تُبَشِّرُونَ
tubashirūna
you give glad tidings
﴾54﴿
قَالُوا۟
qālū
They said
بَشَّرْنَـٰكَ
basharnāka
We give you glad tidings
بِٱلْحَقِّ
bil-ḥaqi
in truth
فَلَا
falā
so (do) not
تَكُن
takun
be
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلْقَـٰنِطِينَ
l-qāniṭīna
the despairing
﴾55﴿
قَالَ
qāla
He said
وَمَن
waman
And who
يَقْنَطُ
yaqnaṭu
despairs
مِن
min
of
رَّحْمَةِ
raḥmati
(the) Mercy
رَبِّهِۦٓ
rabbihi
(of) his Lord
إِلَّا
illā
except
ٱلضَّآلُّونَ
l-ḍālūna
those who are astray
﴾56﴿
قَالَ
qāla
He said
فَمَا
famā
Then what
خَطْبُكُمْ
khaṭbukum
(is) your business
أَيُّهَا
ayyuhā
O messengers
ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
l-mur'salūna
O messengers
﴾57﴿
