دَرَجَـٰتٍۢ

مَّن

نَّشَآءُ ۗ
nashāu
We will
وَفَوْقَ
wafawqa
but over
كُلِّ
kulli
every
ذِى
dhī
possessor
عِلْمٍ
ʿil'min
(of) knowledge
عَلِيمٌۭ
ʿalīmun
(is) the All-Knower
﴾76﴿
