protectors
يُضَـٰعَفُ
yuḍāʿafu
And will be doubled
لَهُمُ
lahumu
for them
ٱلْعَذَابُ ۚ
l-ʿadhābu
the punishment
مَا
mā
Not
كَانُوا۟
kānū
they were
يَسْتَطِيعُونَ
yastaṭīʿūna
able
ٱلسَّمْعَ
l-samʿa
(to) hear
وَمَا
wamā
and not
كَانُوا۟
kānū
they used (to)
يُبْصِرُونَ
yub'ṣirūna
see
﴾20﴿
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ
ulāika
Those
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhīna
(are) the ones who
خَسِرُوٓا۟
khasirū
(have) lost
أَنفُسَهُمْ
anfusahum
their souls
وَضَلَّ
waḍalla
and lost
عَنْهُم
ʿanhum
from them
مَّا
mā
(is) what
كَانُوا۟
kānū
they used
يَفْتَرُونَ
yaftarūna
(to) invent
﴾21﴿
لَا
lā
No
جَرَمَ
jarama
doubt
أَنَّهُمْ
annahum
that they
فِى
fī
in
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ
l-ākhirati
the Hereafter
هُمُ
humu
[they]
ٱلْأَخْسَرُونَ
l-akhsarūna
(will be) the greatest losers
﴾22﴿
