وَٱلْبَلَدُ

And the land
ٱلطَّيِّبُ

nuṣarrifu
We explain
ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ
l-āyāti
the Signs
لِقَوْمٍۢ
liqawmin
for a people
يَشْكُرُونَ
yashkurūna
who are grateful
﴾58﴿
لَقَدْ
laqad
Certainly
أَرْسَلْنَا
arsalnā
We sent
نُوحًا
nūḥan
Nuh
إِلَىٰ
ilā
to
قَوْمِهِۦ
qawmihi
his people
فَقَالَ
faqāla
and he said
يَـٰقَوْمِ
yāqawmi
O my people
ٱعْبُدُوا۟
uʿ'budū
Worship
ٱللَّهَ
l-laha
Allah
مَا
mā
not
لَكُم
lakum
for you
مِّنْ
min
any
إِلَـٰهٍ
ilāhin
god
غَيْرُهُۥٓ
ghayruhu
other than Him
إِنِّىٓ
innī
Indeed, I
أَخَافُ
akhāfu
[I] fear
عَلَيْكُمْ
ʿalaykum
for you
عَذَابَ
ʿadhāba
punishment
يَوْمٍ
yawmin
(of the) Day
عَظِيمٍۢ
ʿaẓīmin
Great
﴾59﴿
قَالَ
qāla
Said
ٱلْمَلَأُ
l-mala-u
the chiefs
مِن
min
of
قَوْمِهِۦٓ
qawmihi
his people
إِنَّا
innā
Indeed, we
لَنَرَىٰكَ
lanarāka
surely see you
فِى
fī
in
ضَلَـٰلٍۢ
ḍalālin
error
مُّبِينٍۢ
mubīnin
clear
﴾60﴿
