وَعَلَى

and the sheep
حَرَّمْنَا
ḥarramnā
We forbade
عَلَيْهِمْ
ʿalayhim
to them
شُحُومَهُمَآ
shuḥūmahumā
their fat
إِلَّا
illā
except
مَا
mā
what
حَمَلَتْ
ḥamalat
carried
ظُهُورُهُمَآ
ẓuhūruhumā
their backs
أَوِ
awi
or
ٱلْحَوَايَآ
l-ḥawāyā
the entrails
أَوْ
aw
or
مَا
mā
what
ٱخْتَلَطَ
ikh'talaṭa
(is) joined
بِعَظْمٍۢ ۚ
biʿaẓmin
with the bone
ذَٰلِكَ
dhālika
That
جَزَيْنَـٰهُم
jazaynāhum
(is) their recompense
بِبَغْيِهِمْ ۖ
bibaghyihim
for their rebellion
وَإِنَّا
wa-innā
And indeed, We
لَصَـٰدِقُونَ
laṣādiqūna
[surely] are truthful
﴾146﴿
فَإِن
fa-in
But if
كَذَّبُوكَ
kadhabūka
they deny you
فَقُل
faqul
then say
رَّبُّكُمْ
rabbukum
Your Lord
ذُو
dhū
(is the) Possessor
رَحْمَةٍۢ
raḥmatin
(of) Mercy
وَٰسِعَةٍۢ
wāsiʿatin
Vast
وَلَا
walā
but not
يُرَدُّ
yuraddu
will be turned back
بَأْسُهُۥ
basuhu
His wrath
عَنِ
ʿani
from
ٱلْقَوْمِ
l-qawmi
the people
ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
l-muj'rimīna
(who are) criminals
﴾147﴿
