وَلَعِبًۭا ۚ

ذَٰلِكَ

بِأَنَّهُمْ
bi-annahum
(is) because they
قَوْمٌۭ
qawmun
(are) a people
لَّا
lā
(who do) not
يَعْقِلُونَ
yaʿqilūna
understand
﴾58﴿
قُلْ
qul
Say
يَـٰٓأَهْلَ
yāahla
O People
ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ
l-kitābi
(of) the Book
هَلْ
hal
Do
تَنقِمُونَ
tanqimūna
you resent
مِنَّآ
minnā
[of] us
إِلَّآ
illā
except
أَنْ
an
that
ءَامَنَّا
āmannā
we believe
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
وَمَآ
wamā
and what
أُنزِلَ
unzila
has been revealed
إِلَيْنَا
ilaynā
to us
وَمَآ
wamā
and what
أُنزِلَ
unzila
was revealed
مِن
min
from
قَبْلُ
qablu
before
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
أَكْثَرَكُمْ
aktharakum
most of you
فَـٰسِقُونَ
fāsiqūna
(are) defiantly disobedient
﴾59﴿
