ٱلْقَوْلِ ۚ

وَكَانَ
wakāna
And is
ٱللَّهُ
l-lahu
Allah
بِمَا
bimā
of what
يَعْمَلُونَ
yaʿmalūna
they do
مُحِيطًا
muḥīṭan
All-Encompassing
﴾108﴿
هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ
hāantum
Here you are
هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ
hāulāi
those who
جَـٰدَلْتُمْ
jādaltum
[you] argue
عَنْهُمْ
ʿanhum
for them
فِى
fī
in
ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ
l-ḥayati
the life
ٱلدُّنْيَا
l-dun'yā
(of) the world
فَمَن
faman
but who
يُجَـٰدِلُ
yujādilu
will argue
ٱللَّهَ
l-laha
(with) Allah
عَنْهُمْ
ʿanhum
for them
يَوْمَ
yawma
(on the) Day
ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ
l-qiyāmati
(of) [the] Resurrection
أَم
am
or
مَّن
man
who
يَكُونُ
yakūnu
will be
عَلَيْهِمْ
ʿalayhim
[over them]
وَكِيلًۭا
wakīlan
(their) defender
﴾109﴿
