He wills
مِنْ

from
عِبَادِهِۦ ۖ
ʿibādihi
His servants
فَبَآءُو
fabāū
So they have drawn (on themselves)
بِغَضَبٍ
bighaḍabin
wrath
عَلَىٰ
ʿalā
upon
غَضَبٍۢ ۚ
ghaḍabin
wrath
وَلِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
walil'kāfirīna
And for the disbelievers
عَذَابٌۭ
ʿadhābun
(is) a punishment
مُّهِينٌۭ
muhīnun
humiliating
﴾90﴿
