(is) All-Hearing
عَلِيمٌۭ
ʿalīmun
All-Knowing
﴾224﴿
لَّا
lā
Not
يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ
yuākhidhukumu
will take you to task
ٱللَّهُ
l-lahu
Allah
بِٱللَّغْوِ
bil-laghwi
for (what is) unintentional
فِىٓ
fī
in
أَيْمَـٰنِكُمْ
aymānikum
your oaths
وَلَـٰكِن
walākin
[and] but
يُؤَاخِذُكُم
yuākhidhukum
He takes you to task
بِمَا
bimā
for what
كَسَبَتْ
kasabat
(have) earned
قُلُوبُكُمْ ۗ
qulūbukum
your hearts
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
غَفُورٌ
ghafūrun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
حَلِيمٌۭ
ḥalīmun
Most Forbearing
﴾225﴿
لِّلَّذِينَ
lilladhīna
For those who
يُؤْلُونَ
yu'lūna
swear (off)
مِن
min
from
نِّسَآئِهِمْ
nisāihim
their wives
تَرَبُّصُ
tarabbuṣu
(is a) waiting (of)
أَرْبَعَةِ
arbaʿati
four
أَشْهُرٍۢ ۖ
ashhurin
months
فَإِن
fa-in
then if
فَآءُو
fāū
they return
فَإِنَّ
fa-inna
then indeed
ٱللَّهَ
l-laha
Allah
غَفُورٌۭ
ghafūrun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٌۭ
raḥīmun
Most Merciful
