Surah Fatiha
1:2 الْحَمْدُ للّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Al-ḥamdu -li-llāhi rabbi -l-`ālamīn(a)
The Ultimate Praise is for Allah, Lord of the Worlds

The Abundantly Merciful, The Constantly Merciful.

1:4 مَـالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
Māliki yawmi -d-dīn(i)
The Owner of the Day of Judgment.

1:5 إِيَّاك نَعْبُدُ وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeen
You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help.

1:6 اهدِنَــــا الصِّرَاطَ المُستَقِيمَ
Ihdina assirata almustaqeem
Guide us to the straight path

1:7 صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِمْ غَيرِ المَغضُوبِ عَلَيهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ
Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi AAalayhim wala addalleen
The path of those upon whom You have showered your blessing, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.

Who Have Brought The Anger On Themselves. |
Upon Them |
And Not |
Gone Astray. (Who Are Wandering Through Life Aimlessly)
