وَٱلرُّوحُ
wal-rūḥu
and the Spirit
فِيهَا

بِإِذْنِ
bi-idh'ni
by (the) permission
رَبِّهِم
rabbihim
(of) their Lord
مِّن
min
for
كُلِّ
kulli
every
أَمْرٍۢ
amrin
affair
﴾4﴿
سَلَـٰمٌ
salāmun
Peace
هِىَ
hiya
it (is)
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattā
until
مَطْلَعِ
maṭlaʿi
(the) emergence
ٱلْفَجْرِ
l-fajri
(of) the dawn
﴾5﴿
