قُوَّةٍۢ
quwwatin
power
وَلَا
walā
and not
نَاصِرٍۢ
nāṣirin
any helper
﴾10﴿
وَٱلسَّمَآءِ
wal-samāi
By the sky
ذَاتِ
dhāti
which
ٱلرَّجْعِ
l-rajʿi
returns
﴾11﴿
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
wal-arḍi
And the earth
ذَاتِ
dhāti
which
ٱلصَّدْعِ
l-ṣadʿi
cracks open
﴾12﴿
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed, it
لَقَوْلٌۭ
laqawlun
(is) surely a Word
فَصْلٌۭ
faṣlun
decisive
﴾13﴿
وَمَا
wamā
And not
هُوَ
huwa
it
بِٱلْهَزْلِ
bil-hazli
(is) for amusement
﴾14﴿
إِنَّهُمْ
innahum
Indeed, they
يَكِيدُونَ
yakīdūna
are plotting
كَيْدًۭا
kaydan
a plot
﴾15﴿
وَأَكِيدُ
wa-akīdu
But I am planning
كَيْدًۭا
kaydan
a plan
﴾16﴿
فَمَهِّلِ
famahhili
So give respite
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
l-kāfirīna
(to) the disbelievers
أَمْهِلْهُمْ
amhil'hum
Give respite to them
رُوَيْدًۢا
ruwaydan
little
﴾17﴿
