ٱلْخَآئِضِينَ
l-khāiḍīna
the vain talkers
﴾45﴿
وَكُنَّا
wakunnā
And we used to
نُكَذِّبُ
nukadhibu
deny
بِيَوْمِ
biyawmi
(the) Day
ٱلدِّينِ
l-dīni
(of) the Judgment
﴾46﴿
حَتَّىٰٓ
ḥattā
Until
أَتَىٰنَا
atānā
came to us
ٱلْيَقِينُ
l-yaqīnu
the certainty
﴾47﴿
فَمَا
famā
Then not
تَنفَعُهُمْ
tanfaʿuhum
will benefit them
شَفَـٰعَةُ
shafāʿatu
intercession
ٱلشَّـٰفِعِينَ
l-shāfiʿīna
(of) the intercessors
﴾48﴿
فَمَا
famā
Then what
لَهُمْ
lahum
(is) for them
عَنِ
ʿani
(that) from
ٱلتَّذْكِرَةِ
l-tadhkirati
the Reminder
مُعْرِضِينَ
muʿ'riḍīna
they (are) turning away
﴾49﴿
كَأَنَّهُمْ
ka-annahum
As if they (were)
حُمُرٌۭ
ḥumurun
donkeys
مُّسْتَنفِرَةٌۭ
mus'tanfiratun
frightened
﴾50﴿
