فَإِذَا

نَفْخَةٌۭ

a blast
وَٰحِدَةٌۭ
wāḥidatun
single
﴾13﴿
وَحُمِلَتِ
waḥumilati
And are lifted
ٱلْأَرْضُ
l-arḍu
the earth
وَٱلْجِبَالُ
wal-jibālu
and the mountains
فَدُكَّتَا
fadukkatā
and crushed
دَكَّةًۭ
dakkatan
(with) a crushing
وَٰحِدَةًۭ
wāḥidatan
single
﴾14﴿
فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ
fayawma-idhin
Then (on) that Day
وَقَعَتِ
waqaʿati
will occur
ٱلْوَاقِعَةُ
l-wāqiʿatu
the Occurrence
﴾15﴿
وَٱنشَقَّتِ
wa-inshaqqati
And will split
ٱلسَّمَآءُ
l-samāu
the heaven
فَهِىَ
fahiya
so it
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ
yawma-idhin
(is on) that Day
وَاهِيَةٌۭ
wāhiyatun
frail
﴾16﴿
وَٱلْمَلَكُ
wal-malaku
And the Angels
عَلَىٰٓ
ʿalā
(will be) on
أَرْجَآئِهَا ۚ
arjāihā
its edges
وَيَحْمِلُ
wayaḥmilu
and will bear
عَرْشَ
ʿarsha
(the) Throne
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
فَوْقَهُمْ
fawqahum
above them
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ
yawma-idhin
that Day
ثَمَـٰنِيَةٌۭ
thamāniyatun
eight
﴾17﴿
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ
yawma-idhin
That Day
تُعْرَضُونَ
tuʿ'raḍūna
you will be exhibited
لَا
lā
not
تَخْفَىٰ
takhfā
will be hidden
مِنكُمْ
minkum
among you
خَافِيَةٌۭ
khāfiyatun
any secret
﴾18﴿
