He knows

what
يَلِجُ
yaliju
penetrates
فِى
fī
in(to)
ٱلْأَرْضِ
l-arḍi
the earth
وَمَا
wamā
and what
يَخْرُجُ
yakhruju
comes forth
مِنْهَا
min'hā
from it
وَمَا
wamā
and what
يَنزِلُ
yanzilu
descends
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
l-samāi
the heaven
وَمَا
wamā
and what
يَعْرُجُ
yaʿruju
ascends
فِيهَا ۖ
fīhā
therein
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and He
مَعَكُمْ
maʿakum
(is) with you
أَيْنَ
ayna
wherever
مَا
mā
wherever
كُنتُمْ ۚ
kuntum
you are
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
بِمَا
bimā
of what
تَعْمَلُونَ
taʿmalūna
you do
بَصِيرٌۭ
baṣīrun
(is) All-seer
﴾4﴿
